One of the many services that Jennie and her team provide to clients is her coveted tradesperson’s list. This list has virtually every service person needed to make a repair or improvement to a property, including painters, plumbers, electricians, cleaning services and many others. Our clients have discovered that this list assists them to make repairs for placing a property on the market or to help them maintain their property in our service areas.

It has taken 23 years to accumulate this list and to continuously monitor the list, with feedback from the clients. In today’s world it is challenging, frustrating and at times extremely painful to hire someone without references.
